Accounts are for adults

TableFull accounts are for adults only. Children are managed as profiles inside an adult's household and can never hold their own login.

Because logins are adult-only, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Kid profiles hold only the planning details an adult enters (such as a first name and age band) and never a login, email, or contact information for a child.

What we collect

• Account & identity: your email and name, handled by our authentication provider so you can sign in.
• Household & planning data: household members and kid profiles, goals and body stats you choose to enter, equipment, schedule, and budget preferences.
• Dietary & allergy information: the restrictions, allergies, and taste preferences you enter so we can tailor and check plans.
• Kroger connection: if you link Kroger, we store encrypted access tokens to search your store’s catalog and add items to your cart. We do not receive your Kroger password.
• Usage & diagnostics: basic, privacy-respecting analytics and logs (such as which features are used and performance signals) to keep the service working and improve it.

How we use your information

• To generate meal plans and build your Kroger shopping cart.
• To apply the dietary and allergen checks you configure — which, as below, are best-effort and not a guarantee.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To send service email you’ve set up, such as plan-ready and reminder notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your dietary or health-related information for advertising.

Prices, checkout, and Kroger

TableFull never places an order and never handles payment. We build a cart and hand you off to Kroger — you review and complete every purchase on Kroger's own site or app.

Every price TableFull shows is an estimate. Prices, promotions, and availability come from Kroger and can change; the amount you actually pay is set at Kroger checkout, not by us.

When you link Kroger and add items to a cart, that interaction is governed by Kroger’s own privacy policy and terms. We share only what is needed to search products and add items for your household.

Nutrition and allergy information

TableFull is a meal-planning tool, not medical or dietetic advice. Nutrition targets and figures are informational only and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified doctor or registered dietitian.

Allergen and dietary checks are best-effort tooling built from catalog data, which can be incomplete or out of date. They do not guarantee a product is free of any allergen. You are responsible for reading the actual product label and confirming it before you buy or eat anything.

Sharing within a household

TableFull is built for shared households. Adults in the same household can see the shared plan, grocery list, and household settings, and can see who added or changed an item. Only invite adults you intend to share this information with.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run TableFull — including hosting and infrastructure, our authentication provider, email delivery, meal generation, and Kroger for catalog and cart. They process data only to provide their part of the service.

Data retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to run the service. Kroger tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to household data is restricted to members of that household. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You can edit or remove household, dietary, and preference information in the app, disconnect Kroger at any time, and request deletion of your account. To make a request, contact us at hello@tablefull.ai.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
